JOB REQUIREMENTS: Your Job KBX Technology Solutions, LLC, a provider oftransportation technology to industry leaders, is seeking a highlyskilled and motivated Tech Lead Data Engineer. As the Tech Lead DataEngineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, andimplementing data solutions to support our business objectives. You willbe part of a of data engineers and collaborate closely withcross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of data-drivensolutions. Our Team The KBX data engineering team is integral to ourorganization\'s data ecosystem, focusing on developing robust datasolutions for our enterprise data platform. Our primary responsibilityis to efficiently ingest data from diverse sources into our cloud datawarehouse system, making it easily accessible and actionable fordownstream users. This team regularly collaborates with architects,platform engineers, data implementation specialists, analysts, andbusiness stakeholders to ensure seamless data integration andutilization. We are currently engaged in a transformative phase, workingtowards building advanced data solutions that align with data, strategicobjectives, and drive business innovation. What You Will Do Lead thedesign, development, and implementation of data engineering solutions,including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses. Solvecomplex problems using a broad perspective, collaborate with applicableknowledge sources and diverse perspectives, and share findings with yourpeers as appropriate. Design proof of concepts to drive innovation andcontinuous improvement in data engineering processes and technologies.Design & Optimize data solutions that adhere to agreeupon organizationalstandards and follow industry best practices and modernization. Createreusable templates by performing analysis, design and development workusing a variety of solutions and technologies. Propose alternativesolutions to achieve desired result. Mentoring a team of data engineersproviding guidance and technical expertise. Collaborate withstakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them intotechnical specifications.
