Responsibilities
• Influences and conveys vision of an entire project• Develops and implements Project Execution Plan (PEP)• Oversees and drives development and execution of work plans• Ensures prompt scheduling, coordination, and effective cost control• Provides expertise and assistance in equipment selection and construction methodology• Ensures team members review and understand contracts• Participates in new work pursuits and client relations• Develops and maintains strong customer-focused relationships
Requirements
• 20+ years Data Center Superintendent experience• 75% travel to job sites• Ability to schedule, manage, and understand the critical path• Thorough understanding of Data Center's typical Commissioning process• Ability to work closely with client's Operations and Engineering teams• Journeyman certificate or postsecondary diploma/engineering degree• Expert knowledge of construction industry and company operations• Ability to lead and manage others• Thorough understanding of contract language and ability to identify and mitigate risks• Expert knowledge of safety and environmental principles/procedures/legislation• Demonstrated conflict-resolution skills and problem-solving abilities• Superior relationship management with stakeholders
