About the Role:
As an Advanced Development Center Data Analytics Manager (or Group Lead), you will be entrusted with the leadership of a talented team comprising data analysts and algorithm developers. Your primary focus will be on driving the development of algorithms and prediction tools in optical metrology, image processing, and material science. These endeavors are crucial for enhancing the performance of our cutting-edge wafer and reticle clamping systems, integral components of our latest Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) semiconductor lithography systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of data analysts in developing computational algorithms across various domains including optical metrology, image processing, physics, and material science.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes, while maintaining technical integrity.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring, and career development within the team.
Oversee resource management and allocation to optimize project staffing and skillsets.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (Master's or higher preferred) in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant engineering disciplines, Physics, Material Science, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience with a focus on complex high-tech systems development, ideally with 3+ years of experience in computational algorithms in optics.
Proven experience in leadership or project management roles within technical environments.
Strong background in design and engineering, preferably in metrology, precision hardware, or optical systems.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to material properties, kinematics, dynamics, and structural analysis.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages, especially Matlab and Python.
Experience with data visualization tools and database management.
Familiarity with algorithm CI/CD tools and image processing techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Location and Additional Information:
This position is based at our site in Wilton, CT, requiring onsite presence for collaboration and innovation. A flexible workplace arrangement may be available, allowing for remote work up to two days a week. Please note that certain responsibilities may involve working in cleanroom and/or lab environments.
