Data Analyst (Newark, De) - Hybrid - W2 Only, No C2C

Job Title: Data Analyst

Duration: 12+ months

Location: Newark, DE (hybrid - 3 days on site)

Required Pay Scale: $55-$60/hr - W2 ONLY, NO C2C

***Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates***

Job Summary:

Must Haves
- Data Reporting Analyst. 5+ years of enterprise experience.
- Mine data (Important), look for anomalies, possibly fix or at least identify and have someone else fix.
- JIRA, JQL (Queries and ability to query data), export JIRA to excel an then mine the date.
- Create containers, update dashboards, create stories, ("a lot of grunt work") They have 9 different trains so they have to understand nuance.
-Help with release readiness, helping keep release information intact. They do 2-10 releases a week (Not integrated releases like the rest of the teams)
- Teach and guide people through processes. Meticulous in detail. And a good communicator due to the teach and guide others. Personality matters.

*Might have to work a weekend once a quarter*
