About The Role

Through the development of sustainable data models in conjunction with the creation of insightful analytics, the Data Analyst will enhance the digital and analytics capability, moving the supply chain forward in this space.

Role Responsibilities

Development/Improvement of data architecture for reporting

Ensure the continuity of existing reports at local and global level.
Develop efficient/easy-to-use automated reporting analytics, allowing the supply chain teams to make sound tactical decisions, maintaining and improving the supply chain's efficiency. (Via. SQL, Python, VBA, DAX Power BI etc.).
Analyse existing reports and lead the improvement path of the current architecture.
Collaborate with other IT and data departments to refine and improve the sources of data (Microsoft Azure) and to evolve existing reports to higher accuracy and less errors.
Create efficient models & data flows that facilitates daily/weekly/monthly reporting (i.e., SQL server).

Development, Analysis and Reporting

Produce regular reports to guide middle and upper management (HUB SC Leads, VPs of operations) to improve operations.
Master the calculation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the department. Identify risks or opportunities. Communicate findings in a succinct and simple manner.
Shadow cross-functional roles within the department to gain an understanding of daily challenges that could be alleviated through the Digital & Analytics team.
Continuously improve upon the efficiency, accuracy, usability and sustainability of the data and analytics.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Business Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with an emphasis on Business Intelligence/Programming.
At least two years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics role.
At least, two years of experience in the maintenance and development of data models and reporting with large amounts of data.
To be able to successfully build data models and/or reports centered around Supply Chain operations.
Proficiency in Excel.
Proficiency in Power BI or similar applications.
Experience with SQL and VBA.
Super – organized, multi – tasker and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python.
Knowledge of SAP, APO, JDA is an advantage.

This position is a grade: 7

On day one, you are eligible for benefits, including our healthcare programs where the company pays for the majority of your medical coverage for you and your family. We also offer the opportunity to receive a discretionary bonus based on the achievement of key business performance and other incentive/recognition programs as part of the offering . The salary range for this role is $84,000 to $126,000 plus an 12% bonus.
