Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst / Automation Developer to join our team within IBM CIC UK. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and processing large data sets, identifying trends and insights, and developing automation solutions to improve business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, programming, and automation tools, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business outcomes.Responsibilities:* Analyze and process large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.* Develop and maintain data storage solutions, and other data storage solutions to support business intelligence and analytics.* Create and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.* Develop and implement automation solutions using various tools and technologies, such as excel automation, Power BI, Python, RPA, and SQL, to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop custom solutions that meet their needs.* Ensure data quality, integrity, and security by following best practices and adhering to company policies and standards.* Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis, automation, and business intelligence, and apply this knowledge to improve processes and outcomes.
