As a Data Analyst, you will: Collaborate with the Team Lead to facilitate seamless operation and maintenance of EMR/medical database users. Ensure comprehensive support throughout the lifecycle of the EMR system, working closely with the vendor. Conduct EMR training sessions and craft user-friendly guides to empower users. Document business requirements and craft user cases, configuring the system as per specifications. Proactively manage and address support requests to ensure uninterrupted workflow. Extend support to international locations across EEMEA, Asia Pac, Americas, and International Shipping, adapting as necessary. Facilitate testing and coordinate system software upgrades to enhance application efficiency. Capture and document business and functional requirements, leveraging standard techniques for the enhancement of the Global EMR Application. Provide prompt first-level support to EMR users, ensuring timely resolution of issues and escalations when necessary. Establish, maintain, and audit user access, aligning privileges with designated roles. Effectively prioritize tasks to meet project deployment schedules, vendor engagements, and global business unit needs. Utilize data principles to develop and manage EMR data quality assurance reports and system audit tools. You will be a good fit as a Data Analyst if you have: Bachelor's degree Proven track record of handling sensitive information with utmost security and confidentiality. Proficient experience in navigating electronic medical records systems. Familiarity with SQL (MySQL/MariaDB/SQL Server), HTML, and Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel. Minimum of two years' hands-on experience with PowerBI, Microsoft Azure, CSS, and JavaScript. Proficiency in medical terminologies, standards, and protocols, including but not limited to ICD versions 9 and 10, CPT, DRG, RxNorm, NDC, HL7, FHIR, SNOMED-CT, LOINC, DICOM, and UMLS.
