Role Summary:
This role supports all testing activities regarding data acquisitions & analysis, network and application support as well as all IT administration tasks. This position collaborates to configure and install data logging systems for data acquisition and ensures data quality on a daily basis. Supports all relevant application developments and custom reporting along the development cycle
Role Responsibilities:
Application support and Administration - 25% of time

Configure and install vehicle data logging systems for 60-100 vehiclesEnsure data quality with daily monitoringData recording hardware inventory administrationData Analysis - 25% of time
Provide technical data and data analysis on reported VW, Audi and VW Group test vehicles, parts and components in order to determine the root cause of quality and design issues, validate driver complains and provide a full technical understanding regarding costumer/driver complaints to support the development countermeasuresGenerate reports to ensure and monitor the quality of NARTF operationsWeekly fleet operation reportFault reportOBD ratio reportDrive profile reportEnd of shift reportManage all custom SQL reporting servicesQualifications:
Years of Experience:
5 -7 years' experience in Data Acquisition, Application Development & Application SupportEducation - Required:
Bachelor degree or higher in automotive, computer science, statistics or other related scientific fieldsA+ CertificationEducation - Desired:
Master degree in automotive, computer science, statistics or other related scientific fieldsMicrosoft Developer CertificationMicrosoft Administrator CertificationSkills:
