Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations of DQ North Reading• Strive to exceed fan expectations and deliver fan first service• Optimize profits by controlling products, portion controls, and labor costs• Hire, train, coach and develop employees• Ensure food safety and handle fan concerns• Attract new fans and increase sales through marketing activities• Provide clear and timely communication to ownership group• Perform other duties as requested
Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years of restaurant management experience• High School diploma or equivalent• Strong hospitality and customer service skills• Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and labor• Must be ServSafe® certifiable• Comfortable standing for entire shift and able to lift 50 pounds• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented• Exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene, and promptness
