Crafco, Inc. has an opening for a Cycle Count & Returns Coordinator at our equipment manufacturing plant in Chandler, AZ Join our amazing team! The Cycle Count & Returns Coordinator is a full-time position, first-shift, Monday-Friday. This position is responsible for parts cycle counting at our equipment plant, and receiving, evaluating, and testing parts returned from customers. Communication updates with customers about parts returns, obtaining credit or part replacement from suppliers, and maintaining updated warranty information in the computer system are other main responsibilities.

Essential Duties include: Cycle count the entire parts inventory annually Create reports, update files, document inventory discrepancies, and maintain required documents for annual audit Identify slow moving inventories and obsolete items for review Test all returned parts Write up documentation for supplier returns Determine/research if parts are covered under warranty Notify customer about the returned part status Calculate hose and wand repair costs and notify customer in writing Notify supplier and receive RGA numbers from suppliers to return failed parts Work with suppliers to receive credit or replacement for parts returned Keep warranty returns account accurate and current, update warranty information in computer system, and balance account monthly Qualifications include: High School Diploma or GED Safety-focused with attention to detail, and organizational skill set Ability to read and accurately follow written and verbal instructions/directions Ability to maintain all work areas, equipment, and tools in a neat, safe, and organized manner Must be able to read blueprints, have through understanding of MRP systems Ability to perform physical requirements of role. Standing and walking for long periods of time, lifting and/or moving moderate weight items (25 - 60lbs), and occasionally move/carry heavy materials (over 60lbs). Maintain confidentiality of data, part costs, supplier information and prices Strong verbal and written communication. Considerable tact required. Ability to interact with customers, suppliers, and persons of high rank on matters requiring explanation, discussion, persuasion and obtain approvals.
