Belay Technologies is seeking a Cyber Operator/Developer/Analyst to join our intel team. The selected candidate should understand cyber operations, with expertise in enterprise computer and telecommunications network systems.

TS/SCI Clearance Minimum Education: Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Equivalent or RIOT Cert Minimum Experience: Bachelors of Science Recent work experience with Security Operations Center (SOC), Similar Intelligence Community Program, or Industry Red Team Candidates are required to have the following skills:
CODA Overall Experience Exploitation of Commercial Network Infrastructure; Cyber Operations; Enterprise Computer and Telecommunication Network Analytic Experience; Computer Network Defense Experience; Common Digital Network Packet Protocol (TCP/IP) & Network Analysis Tools Experience with Analysis of Binaries, assembly, and source code in support of operations Research, acquisition, and development of tools and concepts including remediation of infrastructure and vulnerabilities; reverse engineering; analysis of shell scripts, binaries, and source code Perform operations; documenting operations; updating TTPs; communicate risks CODA Core Skills: CLI Experience on Linux / Windows Understanding of Network Design Scripting skills in Bash/Python Experience with SEU-like operations; preferably in a semi-automatic scripted operation Critical thinking skills Ability to work collaboratively Experience in computer network protocols and network analysis tools CODA Specialized Skills: Reverse Engineering Skills Programming Skills in C/ C++ Experience with Network Manipulation Tools (such as transparent proxy, load balancing, IDS/IPS) Experience with Packet Manipulation Technology in High Performance Environment Experience developing Tools for Linux, Microsoft Windows and/or MacOS Operating Systems Perks and Benefits:
