The Customer Vice President Operations and Strategy, Walmart is responsible for developing, leading, and executing business and operational strategies on the Walmart account.  This individual is tasked with identifying, developing, monitoring, supporting, and executing critical enterprise- and local-level strategies to accelerate key business results, enhance operational capabilities, and deliver stakeholder value.
Key Responsibilities
•    Support enterprise-level initiatives to unlock the full potential of the advantaged Campbell's Snacks DSD network
•    Lead initiatives to accelerate results and enhance enterprise selling capabilities by developing and/or nurturing customer relationships across multiple touchpoints
•    Collaborate with Walmart customer team, Headquarters, and Area General Managers throughout the annual operating plan (AOP) process to define goals, establish priorities, and allocate appropriate resources to achieve success
•    Collaborate with Walmart retail operations team to translate AOP priorities into specific deliverables, foster the requisite internal collaboration and negotiation to allocate finite resources, and develop and integrate forecast perspective into the Campbell's enterprise forecast/business review processes
•    Lead efforts to continuously improve effective communication between Walmart customer team, Campbell's World Headquarters, field sales organization, and independent distributor partners
•    Lead efforts to continuously improve the Walmart retail operations team's utilization of data to drive topline results, improve operational metrics, and enhance shelf productivity
•    Support enterprise efforts, projects, and steering committees to enhance direct store delivery (DSD) capabilities that will result in improved operational capabilities and an enhanced customer experience
•    Develop efforts to identify new capabilities and/or partnerships to continuously improve enterprise route-to-market structure and/or performance
Qualifications
•    Proven track record of growing revenue through operational activities such as in-store compression selling, improving product on shelf availability, and enhancing route-to-market capabilities 
•    High proficiency with computer systems and software applications with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Office applications
•    Strong ability to identify relevant data from disparate sources, assimilate and analyze data, and synthesize analysis into recommendations and decisions
•    Ability to craft, present, and execute compelling selling materials to customers and field sales organization
•    Strong communication, critical-thinking, and presentation skills
•    Strength in building internal and external partnerships
•    Resulted-oriented and problem-solving mindset
•    Ability to travel to support key responsibilities, including company/customer meetings, regional engagement initiatives, et cetera
Education and Experience
•    15+ years in the CPG industry: Food and Beverage experience a plus
•    Bachelor's Degree required: MBA and/or advanced degree a plus
•    Direct Store Delivery (DSD) experience required: Walmart experience a plus
•    Extensive experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 
$125,500-$209,300 Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
