MM promotes sustainable development through innovative, recyclable packaging and paper products.Great talent is how we make things happen – Join us!To strengthen our team in Greensboro, we are looking for a Cutting Machine Operator.Your RoleAs a Cutting Machine Operator, your responsibilities include:Read a precision ruler to 1/64 of an inchRead a job ticket to determine how a job is to be set upProgram computer and set the cutting machine for individual job specificationsMeasure printed sheet to determine proper cut position for length, width, and proper flap positionCut the paper to job specifications by using the cutting machineDetermine out of register printDetermine dried up and unacceptable copy quality and/or colorRead and maintain cutting scheduleBe knowledgeable of Quality Assurance procedures and assist Quality Assurance staffKnow and maintain proper lubrication of cutting machineAdjust and change cutting blade as neededComplete the sign-off paperwork after verifying that the specifications have been met to customer's requirementsMaintain safe work area and safe work habits around machineryClean area by removing trash and sweeping up paper scrapsPerform and/or verify area clearanceYour ProfileQualifications for the Cutting Machine Operator position include:High school diploma or equivalentExcellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with pharmaceutical printing or packaging industry desiredBasic computer skillsOur OfferJoin our dedicated team of passionate colleagues who like to get things done!We offer you a job in a stable, international company with long-term growth path.
