Responsibilities
• Respond to customer requests during the testing process• Set up testing environment• Test students• Obtain and understand reports from testing system• Adhere to departmental and center KPIs• Assist development in reviewing upcoming releases• Provide feedback based on experiences with field users
Requirements
• Advanced troubleshooting skills• Knowledge of Kite system• Ability to work with customers• Attention to detail• Ability to adhere to KPIs and departmental processes• Experience reviewing software releases• Strong communication and feedback skills
