Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

DraftKings is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in San Diego, California. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users, resolving any issues or inquiries they may have. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, motivated, and excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:- Manage customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary- Educate customers on products and services offered by DraftKings- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience- Assist with special projects as assigned

Requirements:- 4 years of customer service experience- Strong project management skills- Excellent attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Comfortable working remotely and independently- Bachelor's degree preferred
