Job Description:

Baker Hughes is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis in a remote work capacity from Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role. The ideal candidate will be reliable and resourceful, with excellent critical thinking and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:1. Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions in a professional manner.3. Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.4. Document customer interactions and feedback to provide insights for continuous improvement.5. Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, aiming to achieve customer satisfaction.6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support roles.2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.4. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.5. Proficiency in using communication tools such as email, chat, and phone to assist customers.6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
