In this role, you'll be on the ground floor of this exciting operation ensuring that driver-partners have a smooth interaction and experience, while delivering exceptional service to the company's riders.

It's on-demand transit on a mass scale, a smarter transportation that's friendly to our planet. As a Driver Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support a first-of-its-kind, intermodal transit service while gaining exposure to a fast-paced tech company.

As a Support Specialist, you will:

Serve as the front line, supporting the company's driver-partners.Thrive in a fast-paced environment tackling an array of customer issues.Become an expert on its servicesDeliver above-and-beyond customer service to the company's riders.Notice even the smallest trends and pain points, then brainstorm ways in which the company can create solutions to improve each customer's experience.Channel customer feedback to all areas of the business such as technology, marketing, design and product teams.ScheduleFour 10-hour shifts per week, days will vary. Minimum of two shifts from 3:00PM-1:00AM with the option to work remaining shifts from 10:00AM-8:00PM.RequirementsMust be located in the Park City, Utah area; job is onsiteClear communicator and good listener with excellent reading comprehension and writing skillsExcellent computer and technical skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite; previous CRM tools like Salesforce a plusA well-rounded team player who takes ownership of (and pride in) your workDynamic; willing to wear multiple hats and work on projects of all typesTakes initiative to solve problems and get the job doneEmpathy and the ability to put yourself in the customer's shoesIntellectually curious and a willingness to embrace the uncertainGeneral awesomeness and a sense of humorBilingual in English and Spanish is preferredBenefitsEmployer-subsidized health, vision and dental insuranceEmployer-subsidized life insuranceEmployer-subsidized short and long-term disability insuranceA generous paid-time-off packagePre-tax commuter and healthcare spending401K (optional)
