Customer Support Specialist

Freddie Mac is hiring a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.

As a Customer Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:- Providing top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and making recommendations to management- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
