Responsibilities
• Provide prompt, high-quality support• Answer customer questions via phone or ticketing system• Guide customers through product features and functions• Maintain good working relationships with customers• Collaborate with staff members to ensure compliance with company rules and regulations• Assess customer feedback and communicate with peers and leadership• Ensure appropriate follow-up to resolve technical problems• Other assigned duties
Requirements
• Two years experience in a contact center environment• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
