Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

Icahn Enterprises is currently seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently- Monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field- Hardworking and energetic personality- Emotional intelligence and leadership skills- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
