Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

McKesson is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role. The ideal candidate will be driven and reliable, with strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams within the organization- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements:- 1+ year of experience in customer service or support- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to think critically and problem-solve efficiently- Negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and disputes- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
