Baxalta is seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner- Providing product information and assistance to customers- Monitoring customer accounts and ensuring satisfaction with our services- Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:- 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field- Excellent planning and communication skills- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
