WHAT YOU'LL DO As a member of the Customer Support Team, theCustomer Support Specialist will assist customers, aircraft operators, mechanics, and service centers with aircraft-specific support questions. The Support Specialist will ensure the customer support and service experience from time of delivery until time of trade-in is second to none.This role is critical to the Epic customer ownership experience which drives brand reputation & repeat business.This role will start in the maintenance shop to gain hands-on experience with the Epic fleet. This is agreatjob for you if you are looking for a career you can grow with.Other dutiesmay include: Leading or assisting customers with AOG operations Interfacing with the parts department for warranty parts Communicating with vendors and supplier-customer support personnel Working with the Epic Engineering team for troubleshooting and solution development Interface with the Sales and Marketing divisions WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Customer phone support experience of any kind Able to calmly assess a situation and determine the appropriate course of action or person to route call to Able to provide a best-in-class customer experience Computer skills including data entry Abilityto multi-task Neat, clean business attire and attitude Willingness to beon-call on a rotating schedule (Able to answer phone calls) Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, wiring diagrams and system schematics (training provided) Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals (training provided) Experience writing and proofreading technical documents is desirable Mechanical skills desirable Willingness to learn or perform maintenance, kit-proofing, redlining documents pertaining to specific maintenance tasks Ability to work efficiently and effectively alone with limited direction Authorized to legally work in the U.S. for any company without sponsorship now or in the future Desirable: Aviation customer service experience preferred FAA airframe and powerplant license is preferred Previousaircraft maintenance experience highly desirable Pilot license preferred but not required Experience with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot, is a plus Experience with Garmin avionics systems is a plus Experience working on Epic Aircraft is desired but not required WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU Customer service position with room to grow Competitive wages On-the-job training andadvancement opportunities Three (3) weeks of paid time off (Includes a Paid week Off Between Christmas and New Year) Seven (7) paid holidays Discretionary year-endBonus 100% paidhealth, vision, and dental benefits for employees & 50% for dependents 401K retirement plan with a3% matchingprogram Pay Increasesbased on performance Friendly team environment and fun company events
