Job Description:
Frontier Communications is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Washington, D.C., US. As an Associate Level Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to internet, TV, and phone services- Process customer orders, upgrades, and cancellations accurately- Assist customers with billing inquiries and account management- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:- 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field- Hardworking and adaptable personality traits- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent strategic planning and critical thinking abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
