Job Description:
LifePoint Health is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This position will be remote, allowing the successful candidate to work from the comfort of their own home.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and live chat- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet customer needs- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues- Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate customer feedback to relevant stakeholders- Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field- Resourceful and reliable with the ability to work independently and manage workload effectively- Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues- Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent required
