Job Description:
C3.ai is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate level role, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support or related role.
Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner- Provide customer support via phone, email, and live chat channels- Research and troubleshoot technical issues to provide accurate solutions to customers- Document customer interactions and feedback for internal review and improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues- Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles and support documentation- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to research and adapt to changing customer needs- Experience using customer support tools and CRMs- Adaptable and reliable, able to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite- Prior experience working remotely is a plus
