Centene is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team as a remote worker in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical issues- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner- Document interactions and maintain accurate records of customer communications- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive customer experience- Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development opportunities
