Customer Support Representative - Remote Work

Xerox is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Austin, Texas, US. This is a remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role. The ideal candidate will be confident, hardworking, creative, and innovative.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Xerox products and services- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer support processes

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
