Job Description:

ConocoPhillips is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess a high level of energy and motivation. As an Associate Level Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving issues and inquiries in a timely manner, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Provide accurate and efficient support to customers in a timely manner- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels- Strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional service- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Energetic and motivated personality- Team player with a strong focus on collaboration and innovation- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent required
