Job summary
Seeking a Software Support Specialist for customer supportPart-time and full-time positions availableOpportunity for growth within the organization

Responsibilities
• Provide timely, professional, and accurate responses to customer inquiries• Support customers and track issues or problem reports• Enter all correspondence and necessary information into helpdesk tools• Manage and set customer expectations• Interact with internal teams to solve customer issues• Support setup of new client and user accounts• Collaborate and follow-up with the product team on escalated cases• Inform customers of critical issues and system updates
Requirements
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred• 1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles• 1-2 years of experience in web-based applications• 1-2 years of experience in a corporate environment supporting a SaaS solution• Experience with customer support KPIs• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Detail-oriented and organized• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills• Basic understanding of computers and software• Interest in cloud technology, SaaS, and Human Resources
