Customer Support Representative

Monday- Friday $18/hr 8:00a-5:00pm (onsite) What's a typical day as a Customer Services Representative? You'll be:
• Acting as the initial point of contact for service inquiries and customer order issues via email, telephone, internet and fax
• Processing orders and workflows to ensure timely release of blocked orders for order entry, correspondence, shipment, return authorization, and credit memorandums
• Inbound call center environment with a manageable volume of 40/50 calls per day
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a call center environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
