Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and independent Customer Support Officer to join our team at Tenet Healthcare in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles and possess a high level of energy and creativity.
Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Engage with customers to ensure positive experiences and build lasting relationships.4. Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.5. Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.6. Utilize problem-solving skills to find solutions to complex issues.
Requirements:1. 2+ years of experience in customer support roles.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.5. High level of energy and motivation to provide outstanding customer service.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
