Customer Support Officer - Work From Home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and independent Customer Support Officer to join our team at Tenet Healthcare in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles and possess a high level of energy and creativity.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Engage with customers to ensure positive experiences and build lasting relationships.4. Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.5. Requirements:1. 2+ years of experience in customer support roles.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.5. High level of energy and motivation to provide outstanding customer service.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
