Quintiles Transnational Holdings is seeking a part-time Customer Support Officer to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are driven, reliable, and possess strong leadership and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner- Communicate with customers to gather feedback and improve services- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- 1+ years of experience in customer service- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload- Must be detail-oriented and organized
