Job Description:

As a Customer Support Manager at Jarden, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote customer support representatives to ensure exceptional service is provided to our customers. You will work closely with the customer support team to develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction, resolve escalated issues, and streamline processes. As a part-time position, this role offers flexibility for those looking to balance work with other commitments.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and oversee a team of remote customer support representatives.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.4. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to help them succeed in their roles.5. Requirements:1. 6 years of experience in a customer support or related role.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.4. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.5. Reliable and adaptable personality traits.6. Emotional intelligence and negotiation skills.7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
