Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team at Molina Healthcare. This is a part-time remote work position based in Columbus, Ohio, US, with a seniority level of mid-to-senior. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support management.

Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives to deliver exceptional service to our clients- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty- Analyze and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement- Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience- Train and onboard new team members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer support- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support management

Requirements:- Proven experience in a customer support management role- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team towards success- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to negotiate and problem solve effectively- Critical thinking and decision-making abilities- Driven and motivated attitude towards achieving goals- Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
