Job Description:

Foot Locker is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Support Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As the Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer support team and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the customer support team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations- Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely and efficient manner- Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service- Monitor customer support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on customer support performance and initiatives- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve our processes

Requirements:- 5 years of experience in a customer support or related role- Strong project management and negotiation skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
