Job Description:

A-Mark Precious Metals is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a Mid-to-Senior level position, we are looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience in customer support. The ideal candidate will be confident, energetic, creative, and have strong people management skills.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure exceptional customer service- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries- Track and report key performance metrics related to customer support operations- Implement training and development programs for customer support team members- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer support

Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in customer support, with a proven track record of success- Strong leadership and people management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
