Job Description:

We are currently seeking a driven and motivated Customer Support Manager to join our team at Eastman Chemical in Fort Worth, Texas. As a part-time role at a mid-to-senior level, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:1. Oversee the daily operations of the customer support team, including managing schedules, handling escalations, and monitoring performance.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.3. Establish KPIs and goals for the team, and track progress towards achieving them.4. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to improve overall customer experience.5. Train and mentor new team members, providing guidance and support as needed.6. Identify areas for improvement in processes and systems, and work towards implementing solutions.7. Handle any complex or difficult customer inquiries or issues.8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer support.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support or related roles.3. Strong leadership and communication skills.4. Ability to work well in a team environment and foster a culture of innovation.5. Proven track record of achieving customer service goals and targets.6. Experience with CRM systems and other customer support tools.7. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
