Customer Support Intern

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Hourly rate: $15.00

The Role: We are seeking a Customer Support Intern to join our team and help drive the success of our software products. The Support Intern will be responsible for verifying and updating a database of functional and technical contacts for each organization that partners with Terra Dotta, and other database clean-up tasks as assigned by the Director of Support. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess strong organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail.

 
What You Will Do: Support the optimization and validity of Zendesk data by researching and updating functional and technical contacts at each organization Participate in the Zendesk overhaul project by completing data optimization tasks as assigned by the Director of Support Benchmark progress and share progress and feedback with the Director of Support What You Need to Get the Job Done: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience in software development or technology-related industries is a plus. Experience in cross-cultural communication is a plus.
