Job Description:

Union Pacific is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team in a remote position based in Seattle, Washington. As a part-time Associate level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and issue resolution.3. Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.4. Accurately document all interactions and transactions with customers in our CRM system.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Meet and exceed productivity and quality goals set by the company.7. Continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.2. Independent and driven personality traits to thrive in a remote work environment.3. Strong negotiation and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks.4. Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with customers.5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools.6. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.7. Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility to accommodate peak business periods.
