Job Description:

Mattel is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Customer Support Associate at Mattel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with product orders, returns, and exchanges.3. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.4. Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions.5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.7. Use independent judgment and creativity to solve customer problems.8. Conduct research to find solutions to complex customer queries.9. Proactively identify customer needs and recommend products or services.10. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers.

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.3. Independent and resourceful personality traits.4. Strong research and creativity skills.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.8. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
