Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Support Assistant to work from home for LifePoint Health in Columbus, Ohio. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires excellent time management and project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner- Assist customers with placing orders, resolving issues, and providing product information- Process returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance customer experience- Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all customer interactions- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software- High school diploma or equivalent
