Job Description:

Hilton is seeking a passionate and confident Customer Support Assistant to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Columbus, Ohio. This is a part-time role at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback- Respond promptly to customer complaints and resolve them efficiently and professionally- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer concerns and provide accurate information- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and address complex customer issues- Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases with accurate and relevant information- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively identify areas for improvement in customer support processes

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Proven decision-making and persuasion skills- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Experience with remote customer support is a plus
