Job Description:

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a part-time Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This position is at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or related fields. The ideal candidate will be driven, energetic, possess strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrate leadership qualities.

Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide timely solutions- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records of customer interactions- Contribute to team goals and initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product offerings, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience- 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Experience working with a diverse customer base- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service- Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting- Driven personality with a desire to exceed customer expectations- Energetic individual willing to take on challenges and adapt to changing priorities- Leadership qualities to drive team success and foster a positive work environment
