Job Description:
Air Products & Chemicals is seeking a motivated and resourceful Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer support role. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow within the company.
Responsibilities:- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions- Handling inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively- Assisting in the development and implementation of customer support processes and procedures- Identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations to management
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- 2+ years of experience in a customer support role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Motivated and resourceful personality traits- Strong innovation and decision-making skills
