Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

WestRock is seeking a part-time Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer support.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution- Process orders accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective communication with customers- Maintain customer records and update information as needed- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department- Assist with administrative tasks as necessary

Requirements:- Resilient and reliable, able to handle challenging situations with professionalism- Strong communication and presentation skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite- High school diploma or equivalent
