Job Description:

Comcast is seeking a part-time Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer support role. This role requires an independent and driven individual who possesses strong research and creativity skills.

Responsibilities:- Providing exceptional customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Identifying opportunities for improvement in customer support processes

Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in customer support- Independent and driven personality traits- Strong research and creativity skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work well in a team environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software
