Job Description:

DHL is currently seeking a part-time Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a driven and dedicated attitude towards providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.2. Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.5. Assist in processing orders, tracking shipments, and updating customers on delivery status.6. Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve overall customer experience.7. Adhere to company policies and procedures while demonstrating problem-solving and analytical skills.
