Customer Success Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Customer Success Specialist at WEC Energy Group, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the success and satisfaction of our customers through remote work. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure a positive experience. This role requires a high level of resourcefulness and resilience, as you will be dealing with various customer inquiries and challenges on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through remote communication channels- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are being met and address any issues that may arise- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resolution of customer concerns and inquiries- Use project management skills to keep track of customer interactions and progress- Utilize negotiation skills to find mutually beneficial solutions for both the customer and the company- Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives to improve customer success

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Experience with customer service or related field is a plus- Resourceful and able to think creatively to solve problems- Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
