Job Description:
UnitedHealth Group is seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Austin, Texas on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.2. Provide excellent customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.3. Assist customers with product inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting.4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions.5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.6. Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement.7. Educate customers on new features and updates to maximize their value from our products.8. Work closely with the sales team to drive upsell opportunities and increase customer lifetime value.
Requirements:1. 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong teamwork and people management skills.4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.5. High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment.
